Winter Wonderland

January 31, February 2-4 (Monday, Wednesday – Friday)

This weeks focus will be on snow and ice. We’ll look at the amazing designs of snowflakes and make some paper snowflakes. We’ll paint with ice and dig in to oobleck snowmen. (Non-Newtonian fluids). We’ll create snowy skies using oil pastels, watercolors, and  salt crystals. We’ll imagine Snowy cities with beautiful sky colors. Where can I see the Aurora Borealis? The science behind this! We’ll make snow globes with snow-filled sculpey scenes.
